Mr. Carlos F. Crespo

Mr. Crespo has over thirty years of experience developing real estate, and structuring innovative funding strategies for complex infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. He is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and has developed over 18 million square feet of commercial and industrial facilities in 17 countries. He structured the financial model for the first airport privatization project in the world based on the concept of build, operate and transfer, which has served as a global privatization standard.

 

Mr. Crespo holds a Bachelor Degree in Science and a Master Degree in IST with concentration in Systems Development and Integration from Indiana University at Bloomington, and a Master of Science Degree in Financial Management from the University of London. He is an active member of the International Association of Financial Analysts (CFAI) and serves on the Board of Directors of the CFA Tampa Bay Chapter. He is also a member of the Associated General Contractors of America and the Construction Management Association of America.
